What a collection costs
Most customers find their collection is free, and there is no minimum quantity. A single laptop is booked the same way as a full data centre.
That is possible because we work on an open-book value-offset model. The value recovered from redundant hardware is set against the cost of collection, secure data destruction and recycling, and on a standard collection it covers that cost in full. Where it does not, a small logistics and processing fee is payable, and it is quoted upfront before anything is collected.
Open book means you see both figures rather than a single net position. What the equipment was worth, and what the work cost.
