Most customers find their collections are free. Surplex UK Limited works on an open-book value-offset basis with no minimum quantity, so the value recovered across the programme is set against the cost of collection, data destruction, recycling and reporting, and you are shown both figures for every collection. Where a collection does not cover its own cost, a small logistics and processing fee is payable, quoted and agreed upfront rather than reconciled afterwards.
