Yes. The Surplex Portal exports to CSV and PDF, so disposal records, asset health and current valuations can be synchronised with your own asset management or ITSM platform.
For deeper automation there is an API that feeds systems such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Jira directly, which removes the manual data entry and keeps your inventory audit-ready.
Yes. The Surplex Portal is free, with unlimited assets, unlimited users and every feature included. There is no per-seat or per-asset charge.
Surplex UK Limited sells IT disposal rather than software, and an estate that is tracked accurately is easier to dispose of compliantly when the hardware reaches end of life.
The Surplex Portal tracks each asset from purchase through to certified disposal, holding make, model, serial number and specification against one record.
It runs straight-line valuations in the background so the book value of the estate stays current, and it assigns a risk level based on how close each asset is to the end of its warranty. When a collection completes, the disposal certificates attach themselves to the matching serial numbers.
A Magic Disposal is a collection triggered from inside the Surplex Portal. You select the ageing assets and trigger the disposal, and Surplex UK Limited collects the hardware, destroys the data and recycles whatever has no remaining value.
The WEEE evidence notes and certificates of destruction then file themselves against the right asset records rather than arriving as email attachments to be filed by hand.
