In 2026, Surplex UK Limited entered a new, exciting chapter. We have evolved into a multi-generational leadership team that blends twenty years of industry heritage with cutting-edge technical innovation.

Matheus dos Santos. Managing Director.

Joining in 2024, Matheus brought a modernised approach to our operations. He directly oversees our processing facility and manages our team. Matheus ensures that our workflows remain agile and that every asset moving through our facility is handled with precision, staying ahead of an ever-shifting digital and regulatory landscape.

Katy dos Santos. Business Director.

The daughter of our founders, Katy carries the Surplex legacy forward by leading our commercial strategy and brand growth, she is the driving force behind our strategic partnerships and corporate outreach, ensuring that Surplex UK remains the visible leader for enterprises seeking ethical and secure ITAD services.

James. Technical Director.

James’ primary focus is the evolution of the Surplex UK digital ecosystem. As our lead developer, James builds and maintains our proprietary systems and the “next-generation” tools, including our bespoke Client Portal, that keep Surplex UK at the cutting edge of the industry.
