Most customers find their collection is free on that basis. For a smaller collection, or a complex managed project, any remaining cost is quoted transparently and can be partly or wholly offset by your hardware rebates. Costs and rebates are confirmed with you before work starts.

Hard drives and solid-state media are shredded mechanically. Where value is recovered from hardware, data is erased with Certus certified software, which produces a report against each device serial number. On-site mobile shredding is available where media cannot leave your premises.

The company is certified to ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management, and registered on JOSCAR for defence and aerospace supply chains and FSQS for financial services. Collection and destruction staff are screened to BS 7858. Current liability insurance certificates are available on request.
